Hi, I’m Katie Griffin—the founder of Advokate Educational Services. I’m a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist. More importantly, I’m a mom who knows what it’s like to fight for the right support.

Advokate was inspired by my daughter, a stroke survivor who taught me that the brain is incredible—it can grow, adapt, and heal with the right tools and intentional teaching. Watching her thrive is what sparked my passion to help other students do the same.

At Advokate, I work with students who are struggling with reading, writing, math, attention, and executive functioning. I don’t just reteach content—I help students build the thinking skills and confidence they need to succeed in school and in life.

I believe every learner has value and potential. My mission is to advocate for your child, support your family, and help your student become a confident, independent thinker.
